Ms. Amber Zhang, Executive Director, is the Responsible Officer of the Company. Ms. Zhang oversees the operation control & review, anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing, compliance and risk management functions of the Company. She possesses over 14 years of relevant experience in the financial industry and more than 6 years of management experience. Before joining the Company, Ms. ZHANG had been the Responsible Officer of Guardians Asset Management Limited since 03 Jan 2018. Ms. ZHANG worked at Grand Partners Asset Management Limited from March 2013 to Dec 2017. Ms. ZHANG obtained an MBA degree from The Hong Kong University of Science & Technology in 2011 and a Bachelor Degree in Economics from Nan Kai University in 2003.
